Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact us with the reason you're requesting a refund e.g. damaged, not as described, etc and we'll begin the process. 

To start a return, you can contact us using the details listed on the contact page or email directly to tillybeanloves@gmail.com. If you're asking for a return based on a damaged product, please include a picture along with a description of the fault. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll either issue a refund or ship a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, we can arrange shipping of the replacement item and instruct you what to do with the faulty or unwanted product. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
